A Debit card problem

I went to the store buying some cloths and some games, you know getting things I want. When I went to go pay for my things with my debit card the guy said that my card was Decline. So I called up the number on the back of my card and I stated talking to one of the people that works there. The women there told me that there was something wrong with the computer up there making the Debit cards act up for some people. She said that some people could not get money from there cards and some people ever lost there money from that they got on that paycheck. I ask the woman how long this was going on for, she told me it was going on for a few months. She said that it was to much people to call to tell about the problem that was going on.
